Registration Details

Information about housing:

We have secured affordable housing at Penn's residence halls  to provide a comfortable balance of privacy and camaraderie in central locations on campus.  Residents will have their own bedroom, but will share the living room, and bathroom areas with up to 3 other people. Kitchens are likely but not guaranteed. Subsidized accommodation fees are: $35 per night/$165 per week (including a one-time fee for card/key access). The registration link contains the housing application and payment. If you choose to register with accommodation, you will be asked to upload a photo which will be used for card/key access throughout the campus. Please don't forget to upload a photo. Accommodation through Penn would ensure private bedrooms in shared apartments. If you have particular requests for your roommates, please contact hassani@seas.upenn.edu. Affordable accommodation at Penn is limited, please make sure to register early.

Posters: 

Everyone is invited to present a poster. However, this is not necessary, and in the registration website you can leave the part about posters blank. 

Travel grants (Closed. We are happy to report that we have already had a large number of applications for the travel grant)
